Sign of the Gypsy Queen

To celebrate Halloween, I thought I would show you a picture of me from days gone by. Here I am in my home made gypsy outfit.


You would never guess from this picture that Halloween is one of my favourite times of year. I think I am 9 in this picture (so, it would be... 1985?) and have been forced to stand and pose my costume for my parents. See how impressed I am? This is my early version of the "You have got to be kidding me" look. Surprisingly enough, it made many appearances throughout my youth and teens.
