Thought provoking

I linked to this website Real Mental through Schmutzie. I thought I would give it a quick browse. I mean, I work in the field and I've been on anti-depressants for years. I thought "What the heck? It might be worth a read." I am all about supporting the crazies.

A quick browse turned into reading every post ever posted. It turned into smiles of understanding and guilt that I tend to ignore or deny that part of my own history (and present) and sadness for others' experiences and pride for others' ability to express themselves. It is a beautiful look into the souls of regular people who deal with mental health issues.
