Too much information

Two people today have told me about their diarrhea today. In detail. One man asked, "You know what the trots are?" Yes. Thank you.

It is only 2 pm. This day can only get better.

    Is there another euphemism "the runs"? That's funny, trots, first time I heard that. We have the former.
