Totally unrelated

I just was thinking about my old dog. Desdemona or Dez for short. She was a black lab with a heart of gold and an amazing ability to jump up and can a guy the second he walked in the door. When I lived with Ky and Shannon, Dez had her favourite toy. It was a little teeny Cabbage Patch type doll. She chewed the crap out of it and would leave random body parts littering the floor. The funniest was the baby hand laying in the hallway. I think that totally freaked Shannon out. After awhile she destroyed the whole doll except for the head. She LOVED the baby head and would bring it out regularly to chew on and throw about like a ball. It was awesome. When company would come over, I would say "Dez, go get your baby head" and she'd bring it in like it was the best thing on earth. It was awesome. After awhile, she chewed out spaces where the eyes were. So, we put the baby head on our Christmas tree and the eyes glowed red in the dark. Sigh. Good times.
