I'll be free again soon - in October or so

I have been avoiding you. I know, I shouldn't. You always cheer me up. You're supportive and fun. You're a load of laughs, really. But if I try to fit one more thing into my schedule, my head will explode. And no one wants to clean up that mess.

Packing is overriding everything. Everything but going to days and days of meetings. Oh, and going out of town for 3 days. And then more meetings. And, of course, extra shifts at work. My brain has not stopped spinning since we sold the house and I am no where near completion of all my tasks. I did have the lethargic task of throwing out numerous things, but the rest is still needing a good kick in the behind before I am ready.

I am working nights the next couple of nights. Then, the quick turn around so I can go visit my brother, sis-in-law and sister. Yay!! Then, back to work 2 days and into more meetings. Moving day is coming really soon. Argh! I'm tempted to start singing "I am slowly going crazy 1-2-3-4-5-6- switch", but I know it is too close to the truth.

But, my point with all this was that you should expect regular posting again soon.

October is soon, right?

  1. I was going to make this huge speech about how you need to take a good look at the priorities in life and realize that entertaining me should be at the top of the list- hence the need for more blogging, and then I remembered that I haven't made a new post in a week, but HAVE been playing outside and not working.

    So nevermind.

  3. I was wondering where you'd gone - I missed you! :) and obviously, I am okay with hiatus(es?), seeing as how I haven't posted in FOUR MONTHS! My life is not write-worthy lately... but I plans to resume in August! :)

    PS
I know you were being facetious (I just had to look up the spelling of that word!) about October, but since my posting history has been horrendous of late, I thought I'd stand by you...

  4. Take deep breaths and repeat "Eeverything will get done" because it will. We'll still be here when you get back. But, of course, we miss you.
