I own it

Thanks to the great help of both Marc V and Schmutzie (I admire their site designs and their content), I have now purchased my own blog name. The site http://buggeringcrapmonkies.com/ , she is all mine. The process was cheap and easy.

In the end, I decided to go with Blogger because it is the devil I know. Of course, the moment I decided that, the dang thing stopped working correctly. You will note, I am having a few small problems with my sidebar. I also still hate my template and would prefer something sleeker, but I will keep looking. I found one I really liked, but it was in Spanish and was missing one tiny piece of a code that apparently makes the whole thing work. The devil is in the details.

However, tonight I have spent 2 hours dealing with Dell about how my computer keeps shutting down (oops, almost put an "i" there) and then trying to deal with the fact it keeps shutting down. Also, messing with online templates will cause me to drink.

I am going to bed now. I imagine this will go well considering I am clenching my teeth already.

  1. I knew I should have reserved that domain last week!

  2. Could you send me an email and tell me (as if you're talking to a four year-old) how you register your domain name? I went to something called "daddy" and "registered" this: www.danamazing.com.

Don't know why I did it, or what it is, but I have a tendency to just fill out things even if they're only giving out Pampers.

I love your site and in case you weren't aware......BLOGGER has been having big time troubles do to a glitch with INTERNET EXPLORER and I couldn't get inside my blog for days.

    It's been fixed now.

  3. @dana - who is Dan and what's so great about him?

  4. Roger: If you had known, I have no doubt you would have actually stolen it. You're just that kind of guy.

Dana: To tell you the truth... I didn't do any of it. Schmutzie did. I didn't understand it.

Roger again: You are a smart ass.

  5. Congrats on the website!!!
