Me and my mouth

We've been reminiscing about stupid things we've said to our parents. I had to tell about the time I said "F* you" to my mother.

I was 16. I have no idea what we were fighting about, but I remember being very upset. My closing arguement was to drop the F bomb.

Then, I ran.

Down the stairs, into my bedroom, slammed the door and locked it. Mom followed shortly after. She came through the door. Through the door. Like the lock wasn't even there.

I had a healthy respect (and slight fear) of my mother after that.

  1. Oooh, good post. Brought back my funny memory of being around 8 and getting into a fight with my brother. I said he could "kiss my ass". My mom happened to hear it (well, of course she would, because that's just the kind of luck I have) and I ran to the only place in the room I could to get away from her - under the kitchen table.

Yeah. That worked. For about 2 seconds. Meh.

Crap monkies say "what?"
